Is there a step by step guide for how to marry anywhere?
I can't seem to get it to work for me, it keeps telling me the member I want to marry doesn't qualify?
I've tried navigating the wiki but I am having trouble understanding what is needed?
I've only been playing for a week, so if this is a dumb question I apologise.

One caveat - you can't currently remarry an NPC character. So marrying one and divorcing them is permanent.
