Millicent's Parlor is there for my main character now in the Forgotten Quarter, even though my main has two tattoos already and cannot get a third. There is an interesting storylet I was able to do, though. The text has been entered in cathyr19355's journal (the topmost entry). And the storylet came with a surprisingly large though non-unique reward.
