On this forum Ive read that a card that gives you something and can be repeated is locked with route Wilmot End 1. What card is it and why? More likely the question why it is not wise to unlock Wilmot End Route as early as possible?
Similar with A Visit from clocked Stranger that gives vigor and laudaum and is locked with The Formula for Empyrean Redolence.

The card is "Don't you know her?".
Possibly people have been using this card to gain some Great Game connection points (not much, but it helps if you're trying to raise this). Other than that, there's no reason not to unlock Wilmot's End.
I'm not sure what is your question regarding the A Visit from a Cloaked Stranger card.

That was the card, that was the reason and I'm usually the one that focuses on the fact that GG connection can be grinded only via cards and there are many at all.
But FBG mentioned that we'll have Constable and Hell this year and I think they wanted to say that we'll have ONLY these two. But FBG likes mystery so we can't be certain.

FBG have only said that Constables is next, followed by Hell. Neither have they said that both (or either) would be done before year's end, nor have they said that no others would happen this year.

Is it worth it to rob the embassy to assemble portfolios, considering the fact I would be casing to straightforward to prevent the loss of my connected: Hell, or should I just grind the items individually?

Unless you want the text (costs 51*2 AP) just grind the items. Souls require ~16.66 AP, Contracts another 25 AP and for Brilliant Soul there are multiple ways to get them. Either Flash Lay where you can get Queer Souls for your collection, converting infernal items, reclicker, Thefts of Particular Character, side conversions (the 0.5E items and you need Memories of Distant Shores). If none of these are available, the fastest way is by thefts.
EDIT: Managed to get the Pentecost Ape and the text was really nice! Are there any connections or clues on who's soul might it be?

What rewards give Decide the fate of the Severe Bluejacket's Bequeathment? And if you complete it can you return to Breakwater's Parlour to grind those items like romantic notions,Intriguing Snippet? Can someone pm me or here can be posted.

Since the Lady in Lilac and Encounter at the Feast cards are now storylets, does that mean the Feast of the Rose OCs are taken out of the cycle? That being, the only way to increase Masquing now would be trading Masquing Gifts w/ Lilac?
In short, is the feast itself now over?
