I have been looking to collect a full deck of singed playing cards. I have 20 at the moment just from close friends, but we cannot collect more. Any card you will send to me I will reciprocate with a playing card or some other gift. Please, If we do this we get a full deck of 52 playing cards.

Should have mentioned that it's not mandatory to do so, but it would be nice!
And I don't have a list, I just pick people from the Rose threads and reddit. Didn't even have time to check the Young Turks thread or the ones new players visit. But I did manage to find 15 people and I still have some resources left!

I am all the way up to 42. The number of life the universe and everything. If I was smart I would stop here, but I must push forward and reach to get thet full deck. Then I can finally play some poker.

Hell with it, I want to see 52 cards on someone's mantelpiece! Got lucky with A merry sort of crime card and here are two more! An extra one will pop if I get it again!

I've had these for, I think, at least 2 Feasts ago. I also have the full set of 32 Buttered Chess Pieces.
This is why I've added in my signature a request to not send me gifts of any kind - just nothing anymore to use them for, since I already have all Feast companions (except for a few I don't care to spend Fate on).

Just joking and your comment and this whole thread made me add more achievements to the list! I'll do some research and see if there are correlations between the non-fate items and a number (cultures, mythology, literature anything and get them all!
I'll just need to draw A merry sort of crime about 119 times only for the card set! Lovely, can't wait next year!

The Easy Ones
Teeth, of course, you should have 32 jars of, so you can fill each jar with teeth of one type. ("These here are my mandibular first molars.")
Tongues, unless you find something related to the Great Game or cynically collect a number equal to the members of your least favorite governing body, might be equated to the languages (i.e. tongues) of the Neath. Off the top of my head, there's Loamsprach, the Correspondence, the languages of earlier Cities, Rubbery, and whatever gets spoken in the Presbyterate. I know there are more, if my cranium would properly engage.
The first feline reference I can think of is the ten cats of Queen Berúthiel. She's not very Neathy in source (though she'd certainly fit in other ways), so you may wish to keep searching.
The Ambitious Ones
There were 413 ushtabis in Tutankhamun's tomb. It's as good a number as any (though there's irony in using it, entirely apart from the fact Carter's discovery wasn't until 1922).
For chartreuse, the style option would be 130, one bottle for each ingredient in the original recipe. The adventurous style option is 290, one bottle for each year chartreuse has been brewed (as of 1895 - you'll need a new bottle next year!).
