Raising Scholar of the Correspondance

So I merrily got myself chucked out of the university and the court before fully utilising all their options. I have re-established my reputation at court but am now trying to raise Scholar of the Correspondence and I think I've blocked my way - it's stuck on 3 and I can't find any options to increase it. Any tips?
