Is there a way of choosing the same options more times than once? Like, click once, and choose the option 5x times?

No, as it might allow for actions that go over limits: If an action gives +3cp nightmares, and it requires Nightmares less than 7, doing the action five times might push you over the limit you'd be able to normally do it. Some actions don't have those limits, but to just have those would require you to hand code it for each of them, which would take too long for too little reward
