"Finishing" Mr Sacks story?

Can someone explain how to do this? I sided with the Duchess last year to uncover the mystery of the Sackses, and I seem to remember getting all 12 cards and going to the Wicket - this year, though, I had the option to "continue my mission" or some such, indicating that I had not finished the story - I also don't have the "Veteran of Mr Sacks's Visits" quality. I chose the Duchess-specific option on one of the cards (I think the 5th?) but no other cards have had one. What's the rest? I'd like to make sure I wrap it up before it becomes unavailable this year.

There should be an option in the wicket that gets you the reward.

If it's not there, this might be something to email support about (support@failbettergames.com)
one caveat: the finishing storylet costs ToL 5 - I'm not sure whether it's visible if you have less than that

The Veteran of Mr Sack's Visits quality is no longer obtainable. It was only available for the first couple Christmases.
