And a question about the participants of this marathon, do you get the Noman card even if Sackmass is oveR?

Yes, the Noman card appears as long as you have a Noman. I have one in my hand as it keeps appearing so much.

Yes, Skinnnyman. As long as you have a Noman and Noman's Friend, you can pour Tears of the Bazaar on your frozen friend.

Like other people have said, you keep getting the Noman card (I believe it has Abundant frequency) and can feed tears to your Noman from the Tears of the Bazaar item storylet so long as you continue to have one. None of the options on the Noman card are season-locked, either, to the best of my knowledge. I didn't have the option of applying pails of snow or sacrificing my PtPT: Lacre this year because I used all of both getting the noman in the first place, but they weren't in previous years and I can't see any reference to that in the qualities they require.
Grinding for Tears was the only reason my noman lasted this long; I paid something like 60 Fate to do a bunch of Gallery of Serpents expeditions, including one at the last minute, which got me like one complete bottle of tears, a bunch of airag that sped up trading for it, and some eyeless skulls. All my furious grinding for fate expeditions and Notability to trade for Favourable Circumstances got me a grand total of two extra bottles, which I probably wouldn't have needed if I hadn't started the production on the day my TtH hit but before it actually went out. I ended up spending 8 bottles (and 0 pails) to get through three TtHs, starting on the 24th.

TtH took 114 Noman's Friend today. I'm curious to see how quickly the NF loss will ramp up at this point, with the next increase being on the 16th I believe. In case anyone was wondering, the apparent NF amount taken each week seems to be along the lines of the following:
Week 1 (1/12 - 1/18): 25 - 55 NF
Week 2 (1/19 - 1/25): 35 - 65 NF
Week 3 (1/26 - 2/1): 45 - 75 NF
Week 4 (2/2 - 2/8): 90 - 120 NF
Week 5 (2/9 - 2/15): 100 - 120 NF
Obviously more data would help, but that's all based on what this thread has provided.

I made it. I didn't keep a track of exactly what I used, because I am not very organised. It was probably 20 something pails and 7 tears. I turned my Noman into an elemental secret today, as TTH was due and I only had 50 Noman's friend left.

And that leads me to the thought that over the last few weeks I not only had a 650+ lbs. version of myself stomping around the place, but also (especially!) how that must've been a show for the rare few onlookers witnessing our 'shopping sprees' - I think I'll put up a special presentation tonight. We'll be climbing the House Of Chimes, make a ruckus on the top and it will hold me in one of it's hands while swatting at angry bats with the other. Stay tuned for the headlines...
... well. Maybe I should visit Millicent first. And get her opinion on that. And a nice cup of tea with my tattoo.

Lost 108 Noman's Friend yesterday, on Tuesday 14th (less than last week, go figure).
I have 125 left and I don't want it to go next week. Emergency Tears, maybe?..

I lost 110 NF this week. By the weeks, that makes:
Week 1: lost 59 Noman's Friend
Week 2: lost 61 Noman's Friend
Week 3: lost 95 Noman's Friend
Week 4: lost 110 Noman's Friend
And now it still clings to life with barely 18 Noman's Friend. Woo, I made it! 
Resources used for my Noman are as follows:
Noman created for 15 ToL on 1/23/17
17 pails of snow, 6 Tears of the Bazaar, for a total of 343 Noman's Friend
Tears results (I used them for ToL rather than applying them directly, though I think I got less than average luck doing this):
8 Tears uses, then lost first Tear on the last use
1 use, immediately losing the Tear on on its first use
6 uses, then lost third Tear on the last use
3 uses, then lost fourth Tear on the last use
1 use, immediately losing the Tear on on its first use
5 uses, then lost sixth Tear on the last use

TTH took 114 NF this morning. I've been listening to it for a few rounds to claim a few extraordinary implications to get down to exactly 15 Noman knows before popping it for my elemental secret

A little late posting it, but I'm now the proud bearer of a Face in the Snow tattoo.
I bought my Noman at 7 ToL. I think I put 27 pails into it (I lost count), and 5 vials of tears. I might've been able to pull a few more pails, but the urchins conversion effectively killed my ability to get storm threnodies. My melt losses were 59, 76, 114, and 96. At the end I had 112 Noman's Friend left. The Lady in Lilac was rather evasive, and I was worried for a while that she wouldn't show before TtH hit, but we met with a good 10 hours to spare before Bootsy Mk. II's inevitable demise.
Congrats to everyone else who made it.
