Remote Addresses Question

There are three remote addresses - the Temple, the Pit and the Shell. I should be able to get 1 based on how much TToL I was able to get (after getting the upgrade to the Room at the Royal Bethlehem and the upgrade to the Lease at the Spire-Emporium). Besides being a remote address, is there any particular benefit to any of them?
