Hi
Am new to this game and still getting the hang of it, my question to anyone is, if i become a subscriber does it come with Fate?or do i have to buy fate.Thanks ahead for any replies

No, Exceptional Friendship does not come with Fate.

Note that Exceptional Story changeover is always around noon GMT on the last Thursday of each month. You need to have unlocked your story by that point.
Exceptional Friendship always lasts 31 days exactly. This means that, if you time your subscription perfectly, you can usually get two or even three Exceptional Stories for the price of one month's subscription.
Three Exceptional Stories make up one Season. Completing all three stories of a Season unlocks a bonus story.
