It does not, I still have the one from the previous year.

Pay 30 fate for Masters to shovel your snow when snow comes to you, note that you won't get a pail of snow through this action.

Is that the only way?

Well, there is a more expensive way to do it if you are at a very specific part of a specific quest, if you are at the part of the story of the cave of the N____ where you need C_____ you can pay 50 fate to get both the item and the robe, but this is more expensive and much more specific.

What are the odds of opening two cat boxes in rapid succession and acquiring two Starveling Cats?
(I'd have put this in Good Fortune, except, well, not positive it's good fortune...) edited by Teaspoon on 12/26/2016

Are there any good ways of grinding a stat past 170, besides using Second Chances? (Specifically, Persuasive).

I am grinding Rostygold for a Gang of Hoodlams and I am looking for the second best source, since I haven't finished the first coil of Labyrinth yet.
As far as I know, I can either choose between Unfinished business or duelling the Black ribbon. Is there anyone who either knows, or is able to figure out which option would be the most efficient? I am terrible at math and not that knowledgable of the game mechanics yet :X Any answer is much appreciated <3

If you go down to the third coil of the labyrinth, you can acquire rostygold there at 108 per action ("dealing with mirror smugglers"). This incidentally also raises your Hunt is On, which you can use every so often to capture a beast in london (don't use it in the labyrinth, or you'll lose access to the rostygold option!) for some extra almost free money. I suggest you stay at the third coil of the labyrinth for some time (I've never left, personally), because it's an exceptionally lucrative grind even at end-game. edited by Kaijyuu on 12/27/2016

Since when has the rubbery/constable conflict card been undiscardable? Is this true for other factions that have been converted to the renown-favors system?
