Hello there fellow Londonders,
I was wondering how it's possible to unlock the Procurer of Savage Beasts storylet. Is it a card by chance or a constantly available option? I'm trying to get to a person of some importance and for the person of little consequence 8 I need the quality. Thanks!

You'll unlock it by following the name scrawled in blood storyline, just after dueling the black ribbon.

You need a quality called "Acquiring Exhibits for the Labyrinth of Tigers" which is in turn unlocked when you have "A Name Scrawled in Blood 6". You probably need to progress the Dangerous branch of "Making Your Name" in Wolfstack Docks...
