The mechanics of Engagement

My partner and I have recently started playing Fallen London and noticed that the option to become engaged has been added to Matters of the Heart. We've enjoyed spending some of our Free Evenings going on the various dates and weren't sure what impact getting engaged would have on our social action options. So, I have three questions:
- Can we still go on dates once we are engaged or married? The old threads I can find say no, but that was years ago.
- Do we get new social actions/opportunity cards once we are engaged or married?
- Slightly connected and action reward related: [spoiler] We also noticed that the last Restrained Evening date we went on didn't mention A Touching Love Story at all (even to say it didn't change) for the sender of the invite, but he did get 2 Memories of Light [/spoiler]. Is the wiki just incomplete on that one, or did the rewards of dates change when they added engagement to the list?
Any insights?

no
sometimes an unchanged quality will not show that it didn't change, especially if it started at 0; there have been changes to displaying this in the past few months though, so it might be different today

I am not sure about engagement part but I saw people complaining about not having the option to do dates once they have married. and there is no opportunity card or extra for player marriages.
The rewards for dates are usually between zero and a certain number so it is possible not to get some rewards soometime.
