Seems like this was just fixed. Clicking 'onwards' now takes you back into the selling info storylet.

I think that's there so that you're not able to sit in that storylet below Casing 4, and so if FBG want to keep this minimum in place then it'd need a little more reworking than simply making it loop. I can, however, definitely vouch for it being a little inconvenient!

Or FBG can put the Casing 4 requirement on all the branches, then make it a standalone storylet that shows up with Casing 4?
