She's part of exclusive content for kickstarter backers. There's currently an active thread where the release of KS backer content (Cladery Heir, Pirate Poet...) to non-KS players is being discussed, the bottom line of it currently being that something will be announced in January after FBG consults the backers. To my understanding, there's a good chance this content will cost something.

Great, thanks for the response. I'd be okay paying as long as I have access to the full game and everything in it, too! But I'd prefer free of course lol.
