Thanks for organizing this, Malthaussen. I said I didn't want to lead, but if you'll forgive the stupid question below, I might consider it for the second Wednesday group (Jack Ellis).
In your OP, you said the leader would need to acquaint the group's members, and remind the others about upcoming card swap days...is that best done through this forum as a PM, in a specific thread on the public forum, or in game with messages?
Also, do we go ahead and use our Advent calendar cards from yesterday for our groups? Or wait for the official start of card season on the 9th?
Thanks for your work on this.

@Myrto: Usually, the leaders send a social action, like chess, to each group member, listing the group's members (basically, a paste of the forum thread). They keep this until the end of the season to remind them of who's in their group. Any other interactions depend on the group, I think some of them organized role-plays and whatnot, but that was optional.
I'll set Jack as the group leader for the 2nd Wednesday group.
As for the Advent cards, some of the group members are already sending them to their fellows, and some of us have sent them to other acquaintances. Since some days are filling up much faster than others, I think the Advent cards should be "free" to send, either to your group or other characters.

Jack of Smiles will be waiting another week for his TtH cards. All in good time. If he has any left over from Advent reciprocation (I'd like to return the favour to those non-forum folks on week one) then he'll fire them off to random members of his group on here, depending on Airs.

EDIT: A reminder that none of my 3 characters need cards, feel free to socialise them or whatever takes your fancy however. Shally would love unexpected gift boxes (instead of sending things to my actual character in your group) but don't go out of your way for it unless the card turns up and you've got echoes to burn like he does. New players, save your precious pennies and silver! We only use it to give to other new players anyway. On that point, Shally also steals silver from the museum of mistakes if anyone's in need of that task.

I have sent out the list for the Wednesday II group. I added Sidonie Cigale before noticing that they make us into a group of 8.
I see that Malthaussen has added Sidonie to the other Wednesday group, so I've removed Sidonie from the Wednesday II group.

I have went NORTH last month, so I am unable to send Christmas cards. I can still receive them, but it does not really accomplish anything, so please send them to someone more deserving.
Since some generous people have been sending me cards, possibly because they do not know that I have went NORTH, please put me on some sort of do-not-send list.

Apologies to my comrades in the Wednesday group, but FYI I had already given out most of my initial group of Xmas cards before I found this thread and signed up. I can't reciprocate until Time the Healer next Wednesday.
One of you who already sent me a card will get one back from me, but otherwise you should send any card you might have sent me to someone else.
