I've seen storylets that require Hedonism 12, and yet it seems all the storylets that increase Hedonism cap out at 10...

Most ways to increase Hedonist that high are one-time opportunities, such as Making Your Name content. Other ways include a rare success at the Feast of the Exceptional Rose, Fate-locked selling your soul, and the exceptional story Flint.

If you have access to the University's first cycle or the Empress' Court there are a couple ways to increase Hedonist up to 15.
