Besides Feast, old Hallowmas and access codes (I think) what other options/Fate stories yield a Dreadful Surmise?

Very difficult. Besides Feast of the Exceptional Rose and Hallowmas, the only thing I remember that the Bonus Story for the Heart's Blood Season could give one (i.e. if you played "Flint", "The Art of Murder" and "The Waltz that Moved the World").
