Hearing Things...or are you?

This may include small spoilers from Ambition: Bag a Legend! So I just got to level 29 of my alts ambition, and I need 4 "Hearing Things...or are you?" to continue. I noticed that I can still purchase a bottle of black wings absinthe in Veilgarden, and I got my first point of "Hearing Things...or are you?" from drinking one. Do you need to buy/steal another bottle to continue, or is there something else you have to do.

If I recall correctly, there's opportunity cards that raise it, they unlock when you have a bottle of Black Wings Absinthe in your possession. You'll get them periodically, so make sure you always have at least one bottle on you.
