Gifting a first point of notability

My wife's character has just gained her PoSI status but has yet to get her first point of notability. I have drawn Amanuensis but can't find where on it to donate a point of notability to her. Is that option gone?

Maintaining a controlling interest in my soul requires a pretty constant negotiation between the various shareholder interests. Thankfully the Fingerkings 23% control makes a pretty good foil to unite the other factions enough to get to 51%.

The option is "Recommend an unknown acquaintance" or something along those lines iirc, but I haven't checked recently to see if it's still there since I haven't actually considered using it.

Yeah; that option, as well as a lot of other social interactions between players, was taken down because of some syncing issues with the app. It still hasn't been dealt with entirely, but I believe it's supposed to be making a return at some point.
