I'm trying to get a corresponding ocelot, and I need to breed a somnolent hyena with Empyrean Redolence to get it. I can't figure out how to get the formula though. I checked the wiki, but the sources page is blank. If anyone knows how to get please tell me.

With Making Progress in the Labyrinth of Tigers 16, you can purchase the Formula for Empyrean Redolence for 20 Fate by talking to the Clay Coalman gossip in your Lodgings or on the Visit from a Cloaked Stranger card.

It is not possible, which is why there isn't any information on the Wiki.
