Alas, there are still limits upon how many Calling Cards one can accept, and both of my characters have long since exceeded that limit. We would have to snub quite a few other characters in order to be able to offer Calling Cards to others.

I suppose the biggest thing I'm excited for is the more lore oriented "confessions", as opposed to desperately scrounging around on the forums before the good gentleman Mr Huffam turns the corner on my street.

I did today's confession regarding the doctor. Seems the page didn't load and I had to refresh, but does anyone have an idea what we will do with these?
To add to Tofan's post you're able to exchange Soft Hearted Widow for Kashmiri Princess or Illuminated Gentleman's confession.

It's OK.... I am still grinding other stories, so I am yet lost as to what to do with the confessions I already have.
For example, I have no idea if I should collect many of one confession, or confessions from many different folks.
It's a busy week for me, I hope I can figure this out!

Today's temporary conversion option can be found in Watchmaker's Hill. You can find there a storylet to convert the Soft-Hearted Widow's confession into either the Kashmiri Princess's or the Illuminated Gentleman's.
