lowering embroiled in the wars of illusion quality

Hello, friends. I have a problem: I advanced my Wars of Illusion quality to 6 before I could gain access to the Mahogany Hall (only available for 2-5). Is there any way to lower the quality so I can proceed correctly?

So far it looks like you're proceeding quite correctly - the part in Mahogany Hall requires said quality level 15. Until then you need to pursue various options in the Flit.
It's also a very rare thing (quite impossbile one as far as I know) to somehow mess up your story progression order, so you shouldn't really worry about it.
