The Silver Tree question.

I started recently playing The Silver Tree and I noticed that the actions were 1000 and the extra missions are free now. I know it's a kickstarter funded game but what happened here? I'm just interested to know because I couldn't find any documentation on the matter. Like what was the action limit before in the beginning? Why are the missions free now? I couldn't even find a wiki page for this game, which is strange.
