The two songs that remind me most of Echo Bazaar are both from musicals. The Riddle from The Scarlet Pimpernel and No Place Like London from Sweeney Todd (cheesy I know).

12. Me and you, Watson - Alec Ounsworth (mostly because it played in that steampunk-episode of Castle and since then I've affiliated it with my dear Lee Tinkerer) 13. Eye of the Storm - Lovett 14. Eyes on Fire - Blue foundation 15. The Clockyard - Abney Park
That's about it, really. Most of the connections are the kind I can't explain in words though.

The more-modern versions of "Facade" from Jekyll & Hyde (the musical) remind me of Fallen London, in a coarse fashion...

Nice additions! Yeah, its the same for me as well, for mosto f mine its just something about the sound that has a fallen london feel. For these the conenctions are (24), the attitude to death in Fallen London, here itsn ot unusual to stumble on murder mysteries, permanent or not and (25) just all the things you can do in Fallen London, wihich became evident in the wrapup party, one person is driven insane, the other advances trough society. also, "standing on a bridge" makes me think of the flith. (26) Dreams of milkand honey, made me think of honey dreams.I was thinknig of including "Wild honey pie" by the beatles, but its really a bit too use as a soundtrack. (27-28) Emelie authumn does pretty effed up victorian-inspired music already, I'm surprised it did not come up earlier. (29), not all Abney Park song fits Fallen London, just the vast majority of them... (30), clockwork dolls is another band where most of their songs fit, espesically since they lean more towards the "neovictorian" side than the steampunk side. (31.) because nothing says Fallen London like gangsta rap, right? Allright this is a silly one, but might amuse some people. (32) With all the strange things going on in FL, this seemed to fit...
24. Did she jump or was she pushed? - Richard Thompson 25. funny the way it is - Dave Matthews band 26. Dreams of Milk and honey -mountains 27. Miss Lucy had some leeches - Emelie Authumn 28. Gentlemen aren't nice - Emelie Authumn 29. Victorian vigilante - Abney Park 30. The ballad of black jezebel - clockwork dolls 31. Jekyll & Hyde - Theoretics 32. The Gods Are Not Crazy - Leslie Fish

33. 1916 - Cake Bake Betty 34. Lise - Emilie Simon 35. Sweet Blossom - Emilie Simon 36. Vampires of the West Coast - Ghost Bees 37. To Love the Machine - Religious to Damn 38. Velveteen - still corners 47. Life in mono - mono

Oh! And some time ago, the ravishing ErisFnord was kind enough to put together a playlist for my character and his housemates in their Bazaar bookshop. http://8tracks.com/erisfnord/the-bookshop-boys Wonderful mix!

I see my suggestions did not make the list. Is this because they lack links or for lack of quality?

No, both where excellent choices, it's just that the suggestions that already followed the list format where easier to copy and paste, and I had to put them at the end anyway in order to not screw up the numbering, so I just put it off and forgot about them, sorry! Lets take care of te unnumbered ones I've missed:
48. The Riddle - Scarlet Pimpernel 49. London - Sweeney Todd 50. Facade - Jekyll & Hyde 51. Do you hear the people sing - Les Miserables (For those that sympatizes with the Revolutionaries...)

Random tangentially related video: here is a link to a very Neathian dance version of St. Vincent's "Paris is Burning," as seen on "So you think you can Dance." I love the costumes, especially for the men. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EU4WTW3QS88

Lovely! I agree on the costumes, those are stylish. Considering how easy it is to become insane down here, I'dnt
52. The Problem with Saints - Neil Gaiman 53. The doctors Wife -clockwork quartet 54. Dirty old Town -Ewan MacColl

Fixed, and also, I was wondering when we'd get some voltaire on the list. I am a big fan of his stuff, he's got an unique style and a sense of humour. He's one of those artist where it's hard to choose a specific song for the list cus most of his stuff could fit Fallen London in some way...

You got a suggestion for another Tom Waits song to include? I can't choose, there's so many good ones... Also, I really like the addition of asong form Professor Layton, those games rock (cartoons, logic and reason, three things I love in one game series...) edited by Owlor on 2/10/2012

Sure do! Though... Let me mix it up to give variety.
62. Orphan Feast theme 63. God's Away on Business - Tom Waits (I always imagine this theme when I see the Oppertunity cards with the Tom Waits looking demons in bowler hats) 64. The Cat is Dead - Danny Elfman (For some reason, this is what I think of when I play the Pass the Cat game when I think the cat is dead) 65. Flash Pan Hunter (Intro) - Tom Waits 66. Things aren't what they appear - Gothic Archies (This is not the complete song, but it still fits. Love the song completely since I have it on cd.) 67. Looking through the window - Mirrormask soundtrack 68. Winter - Paul Halley 69. Bobinsky - Bruno Coulais 70. Fawn - Tom Waits 71. Mice and Massacre - Alejandro Jadorowsky
