I love playing Fallen London, and I want to buy the exceptional friendship boost which gives you a second candle. The problem is that it can only be done with PayPal or a credit card. This is a problem for me since I only have something called Paysafecard. It's like a voucher cell phone card, you buy a card and top your account up with it. I've used paysafecard for fate before and it works, using the ''superRewards'' link. Now I know it's hard for a company to just change these things, but I'm sure they could just add a fate option. Maybe instead of 7 dollars you just charge more for the privilege of paying with fate? Money isn't the problem for me, the payment type is. I'd even buy the candle for 7 dollars worth of fate without the stories or house of chimes, but I digress.
I actually sent them a message on their youtube channel since I couldn't find the right place for my message, but it was probably lost or something. Anyway I don't see why this is a bad thing to be honest. I'm sure I'm not the only person here with the same predicament, right?

This is something that gets brought up from time to time. I would imagine it's not a trivial thing to do, actually. Payment services regulations are quite complicated in the EU and many of these options require costs for the developers that are not obvious to us, users.

But in any case, the best place for these suggestions is feedback@failbettergames.com

Thank you friend for their email address, I'll send them a copy of my message there.

Perhaps consider opening a Paypal account, and then sending money to it from your Paysafecard? There might be some loss of efficiency, but you said you'd be willing to pay a premium...

Oooh, that's clever Ian. I like that idea a lot.

I can't do that for several reasons: Paypal insists on a credit or debit card, something I don't have; Paysafecard can't directly transfer funds to Paypal. Also I can't make open a bank account since I'm only 16. Laugh at me all you want.

Maybe try looking for one of those internet prepaid cards. I am sure that anyone can open that, since it is basically the account used for paying on internet only. When you want to spend money, you put it on account and pay the stuff

You're politely suggesting a way more people could support FBG. Why would we laugh?

Social Actions: send them to Kade Carrion (she/her; no Tournament of Lilies, please). an_ocelot has gone NORTH and cannot benefit from social actions!

Yeah being 16 really sucks. How I plan to get an EF is when FL comes out on android I will buy some google play credit using cash and use that to purchase an EF.
Hopefully this solves your problem.

I haven't been able to purchase any fate because I have no permanent residence at the present and paypal requires you to have one. I'd be happy to mail FBG 50$ in exchange for fate and exceptional friendship.

The company FBG uses to purchase Fate does not accept these, at least the ones I buy at the supermarket.
