The problem had been fixed by the time any devs were around to announce it, and anyone who was affected had already been affected. A post in the thread where players were already talking about it seems sufficient to me.

I don't know the other side of the storynexus platform, the CMS, however on the outside it's feels so damn old (and not in a good oldschool way) web 1.0 personal page like. Have devs been thinking about moving to another possible platform? Are those even exist?

Back from a lovely surface visit and I see The Fruits of the Zee Festival started! Now, if I start zailing, will I lose my current cards or they'll be available when I head back (Destinies, menaces or my own ship)?

They'll still be present once you get back. Zailing uses its own deck, and Mutton Island doesn't have opportunity cards.
