We've just been talking about it on the IRC. Seems like a new thing, maybe more Zee updates are in the works. Not sure how it works yet, though.

Is the Numismatrix card a rare card or has low standard probability? It's been a day now and I haven't had luck in getting the card despite having CtD at 14.
Edit: Right after I typed this, I got the card. Apparently I needed to vocally plead to the RNG gods for it to happen. Feel free to ignore my question.

What option in Wilmot's End will give me Legal Documents? Hint in Bazaar Sidestreets suggest so, but I've only seen the options for Whirring Contraption and Strong-Backed Labour?

There are two separate carousels in Wilmot's End:
They both work the same way, and you can play them both interchangeably: After each round of the carousel, you can either gain one CP of Dramatic Tension, or if you already have 2 Dramatic Tension (meaning 3 CP total), you can cash the DT for one of the relevant rewards for that carousel.
It's also fine to use another source for the DT (such as the War of Assassins carousel).

I have a question for the "A furious and incoherent drunken rat" storylet. Do anyone know about the possibility of the rare success? How many tries does it usually take to get a Ratwork Watch? If the chance is too small I'd rather turn to Carrow's Steel...("RNG loves me...RNG loves me not...")

It is rare and, if you have the echoes, you might prefer to do other things.
For me robbing the rat is a good use of Someone is Coming if you are pre-POSI and don't have any of the Fate-locked options unlocked on the card, (as Shrieks are really easy to get through other actions), or if you have really high shadowy, as the rat then gives a good epa.

Thank you for your reply, I still wonder if it is worthwhile grinding Someone is coming for this, considering that I have another choice from the Soul Trade... Maybe I'd better buy it directly for the curse of RNG.

It's around 2.5%, but, as you said, RNG can curse you!
If you're looking to cash in your SiC, I still think the rat is the best option with high Shadow. You don't have to worry about extra points (card requires level 4, but consumes about 20CP) and the Soul Trade option is only worth ~13 E if you're a Spirifer. I can't remember what's the exact reward, but I know it was more efficient for me to grind Souls and Contracts from Unfinished business; I use those with the Shepard card.

I don't know the full list of 10-capped, but for hitting 12, you have two routes. one of them costs about 312.5 echoes [less ~6/7ths of that if you put the ToL to use in the nadir] for 6 boosts [Tears of the bazaar, warmed], and the other one is seeking related- [grieve.]

I got Empire Kingmaker to 777, and I plan to keep it there. what is the next best grind?
I am about 1000-1250 Echos worth of items away from being able to afford a Goat, if my calculations for the net worth of the items that I plan on selling are right.

If you haven't been doing it, collections of curiosities are still good- they're worse than before in terms of opportunity cost, but the epa is, at least generous estimation, still in the 1.6 range, i'd think.
Docks favors, if you have high watchful, are a cheap way to get supplies, and expeditions pay out substantially more echoes per favor than anything else, even if you can only do the 2-supply action. On the other hand, this is highly random. sometimes you'll get 125 echoes, and sometimes you'll get 14. on average, it's the best option. unfortunately, it is luck based, though payout is certain, you can't be sure what it is.
[I don't know a lot of grinds, because i'm at the point where, except for big, dramatic, mostly useless things, money isn't the important thing any more. I don't have the [1] fate to buy an ubergoat anyways. I'm limited by cards and rare items and such, not anything echoes will let me buy.]
