I know I found it earlier, after having seen it mentioned on the forums, but how+where can Fixers spend the excess [Public Attention]?

While we've a query thread regarding them, I've been using Flash Lays and the Electoral Opportunity to grind making waves (gotta get that crooked cross, I just gotta), but I'm curious if it's even that profitable a grind for the actions it takes (though it seems writing a story is even more action intensive) I'm close enough where I'll probs just continue that a few more times though.

Don't forget the Dirty Secrets can be traded in for money. Take that into account when you grind MW.

An Electoral Opportunity! Probably just above the options to trade in your Public Attention.
Yes, the Mourning Candles. They are not the best EPA, but if you are grinding Public Attention via Flash Lay, the extra money doesn't hurt.
