But if I were to request a highly specific story in a highly specific way... I've always wondered why the Honey-Addled Detective lacks a certain Limping Doctor companion. Therefore, I suggest: a quest in which we attempt to recover said Limping Doctor from the place where he was lost on the battlefield; a place which the Regretful Soldier still sees in his fever-dreams, where the Blind Pianist's contact hides amidst the roses (do not touch them, do not look at them, and most of all do not pluck them), where the Bishop's regrets entwine with the sizzling, effervescent souls of the damned.
Oh, Morcant. No, not lost in battle. Betrayed in the streets near Wolfstack. The Limping Doctor, despairing of his friend's addiction to honey, swears to track down the ones supplying the stuff. The Thoughtful Smuggler, seeing an opportunity, directs the hapless physician away from his best customer and into the hands of the Cat's Chiefest Claw in exchange for certain privileges. The Honey-Addled Detective finds a jar of a darker, blood-coloured honey among his standard order sometime later and falls into the blackest of moods after tasting his friend's memories...
Who will trace the Limping Doctor to the Isle of Cats, arrange his escape (or take his place? or join him?), and bring the Thoughtful Smuggler to justice (or to heel?)?
If I had to ask for a story though, just for one, it would be for the opportunity to take a Master's place. Just for a day. To get a glimpse of the machinations that seethe behind the doors of the Bazaar, of the endless flurry of activity where influences and powers are in constant flux, and where the appetites of the Bazaar are laid bare for those who dare the permanent scarring of their minds.
For your theory, Sir/Madam/Citizen/&c, I raise my hat to you. Granted, I am not currently physically wearing any of my hats, but I shall let it be known that I am raising my metaphorical hat to you in a metaphorical gesture of quite un-metaphorical camaraderie. Yes, we should have that storyline. I normally cannot really afford an EF, but I'd scrape enough for one month if that's the month's content.

Sympathetic to Ratly Concerns! I'm arguing that we should start seeing more story actions that raise it so that one day we can see the L.B.'s more. That one tiny little storylet that reference's Rat Suffrage being a cause for some people just always stuck with me.
-- Maintaining a controlling interest in my soul requires a pretty constant negotiation between the various shareholder interests. Thankfully the Fingerkings 23% control makes a pretty good foil to unite the other factions enough to get to 51%.

That'd be neat, we've seen rat society but not enough, and for all that they're omnipresent, they're not a faction when less worthy parties are.
I'm more/equally interested in clay society, personally. we interact with rats in little ways a lot, but clay men not so much. Late game, the only ones i seem to see are in polythreme.

Having just played Lost in Reflections, I'm hungry for more Parabola content. I want to set up a Parabolan Base-Camp like I want nothing else in FL.
Aside from that, a story centered around the Dawn Machine, perhaps even an event that leads to Sequencers coming out in the open and becoming a full-fledged faction. P R O G R E S S W I T H O U T C H A N G E

Ms. Lilian Leith. A lady of proper standing, which seems like an increasingly ludicrous thing to give a rat's ___ about. Known (to some) for her Light Fingers.

On the other hand I can't really recall any New Sequencers that aren't smug, bumbling idiots.

If I could get any single story added to the game, whether I'm the only one who can play it or not, I'd ask for stuff about these "Dragons" like Storm.

There should be more ways to support clay rights.

I'd like a story focused on Salt's travels. You, your character, are not important in this story - these aren't your travels - in fact, it'd be better if it were unlocked after your travels to the East, the North, the South, and the West were already done and you had all the marks, scars, and memories to prove it. You've travelled and your story is done - now you see the story of your representative god. Preferably nothing extremely literal, or very clear - something very surreal and atmospheric to fit with most of the writing concerning the zee gods and the places beyond the zee. You're just walking alongside the trail of his footsteps, deducing the size of his sandal from the imprints and seeing from the deepness of the impression that it was muddy that day.
Well, it's questionable if we would/will even be able to return from the East. Though if the Widow is any indication, you can get some wicked booze from there.
Which is what I would want for my story. I want to be able to pass into the Uttermost East. To hell with the High Wilderness, to hell with the Presbytereate, to hell with...hell, I want to learn more about that most mysterious place.

You can argue with me, and you might even defeat my points. But somewhere along the way I may use philosophy to make you question existence. Who's the real winner?

I really want a continuation of the Last Constable story. I liked this character a lot, and it is indeed a shame the storyline seems to be abandoned indefinitely.
At the very least I hope to get her as a companion during the next Feast of the Exceptional Rose.
