The only Candle unlocks showing on the Seeking Road storylet for E-G are having St Cerise's and not having the candle in question.

Social Actions: send them to Kade Carrion (she/her; no Tournament of Lilies, please). an_ocelot has gone NORTH and cannot benefit from social actions!
Possibly-Useful Things: Spreadsheets and hints and link collections, oh my.

You can also sequence break a little if you are either from seeking past or if you have a rat of glory eat some of your candles. So I would assume this was taken into consideration.
