When does FBG add more content to fallen london? For example, you go into spite, choose to go on a pick pocket's promenade. You have the option to go into veilgarden. But it isn't available yet. When do they add things like that?

Whenever they get around to it.
Failbetter is a small team, and this is a large game. Certain things take priority over others, and they will get to the Impossible choices when they have the time.
If you are interested in seeing specific content sooner, post in the Feedback thread, and they will take it into consideration.
