I don't want to seek but...

Okay, so here's the thing. I don't want to seek (at least not yet) but I also don't want to be free or it to be forever locked off. I like the idea of having to flirt with danger in this quest but staying well away. I like having a new menace.
Simply put, I don't want to seek, I don't want to lock off the option forever, but I don't want to tank things. I just want the constant edge of it being there but me saying no.
Also something to keep in mind with this: like I said in another thread. my friend wants to seek, I wish to support him, and I fear locking myself out of this means I will not be able to do that. Or at least not as well.
-- I will accept all actions, though I hold the right to refuse for my own reasons. However, if you explain WHY you send me a harmful action like Loitering or Dantes,And I feel the reason good, I will consider it more. http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/Kylestien

Just lower your Peckish (I recommend going to the First Coil of the Labyrinth and enjoying a few snacks), and the scary cards will leave you alone. You can raise your Peckish easily enough using a Starveling Cat in the Flit, if you ever need it later.
