So...how rare is my Rat of Glory right now?

If I understand correctly it didn't actually consume the rat or anything else. It was Alexis trolling everyone.

I totally fell for it and used up my two Rats of Glory making the storylet disappear. Having lost all my Candles once before, it was a terrifying and not unprecedented prospect. I'm also a fairly credulous individual.

<div><br></div><div>I quite agree with what you've said about NiteBrite. I have only one nitpick about the Apple of Discord. One went to every person that made it to the visibly displayed portion of the scoreboard, which is I believe the top 30 K&C players. I should know; my main character has one, and I never made it as high as the top 10. I think I briefly made it into the bottom quarter of the top 20, but not for long, and I wasn't there when FBG closed the first incarnation of K&C down.<br><br></div>

Noise-Eaters, huh? Keep in mind that it’s a wiki, so it may in fact not be real. Nevertheless, that does seem like the kind of description FBG writes…
