I would absolutely pay £50 for a SMEN Kickstarter tier that locked my character out of all SMEN content. But I would also hate myself and probably stop playing Fallen London. Mr Eaten has transformed me into a modern art installation.

Where was dandelion down first mentioned? With the exception of the enigmatic twitter feed there's nothing on the internet about the project. There's nothing on Alexis's twitter feed that I could find either.

The Master, the appropriate approach to Mr Eaten talking isn't rational logic and reasonable behaviour. The appropriate response is to jump to fifty separate conclusions, kill yourself just in case and eat your left leg IRL.
edit: No new options in "You can't sleep for hunger", yet.

In that case, we need seven people to coordinate and poison eachother to death at the same time.
The secret is hidden in the wound in Flint.
The access code is how Mr. Eaten was wounded.
This isn't about Mr. Eaten. Alexis has been killed and replaced with an imposter.
Mr Eaten didn't get the Christmas letters and his feelings are hurt.
You already need to have "seeking Mr. Eaten's name" in order to see the new content.
One player has been selected to play as Mr. Eaten, in game.
