In Seduction: Honey-Sipping Heiress, is there a way to end the relationship on a good note? I've checked a wiki or two and haven't found a positive way to end it, only a negative way.

If you pick the "have a serious talk with her" and succeed the persuasive check then you both agree to simply be friends and it reduces progress in the storyline to the second level. You can then consider the storyline concluded, as although you could do the whole thing over again from there there is no incentive to do so.
