Update to mood mechanics?

Just noticed my moods are flagged with impossible and have a "temporarily closed for maintenance" message attached to them. I wonder what may change, though I'm guessing part of the reason for this was removal of the k&c option. Time to wildly speculate!

Yes, moods were disabled at the same time as K&C. I'm hoping that they become 0-action, non-equippable boost, which would mean that I'd actually be excited to draw them.

I think they just disabled them while they figure out how to make them work properly for app users. The app features offline play which complicates things like an hour long mood period or PVP combat.
