Impossible lock for the Rubbery Conflict card

Hi!
Anyone noticed that the card 'They all look the same to me' (Rubbery/Constables Conflict card) have the option 'Finger a scapegoat for more political reasons' locked with Impossible now?

I'm not surprised - those options have been taken off conflict cards when the connections involved have gone over to Favours/Renown. I'm only surprised it's still visible.
