Can't find next step for A Shepard of Souls

Greetings.
I was recently trying to work through the Involved in the Soul Trade fate story, as I wanted to gain a Shepard's Timepiece for the Regretful Soldier, however, once I got that far in the story, and I did the first step in Watchmaker's Hill, I misclicked and advanced the story before I could read it to tell Me where the next story outlet would be, and I simply cannot find it anywhere in London. I don't know if I'm blind, have bad luck, or legitimately cannot reach it at My current point in the game, but some help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't readily find it, it's probably in an opportunity card.
