I was screwing around on my alt, changed my profession to Minor Poet to capitalize on free stat boosts, then I collected my weekly report. Then first this forced storylet that I forgot to echo appeared:
"Hello, Delicious Friends! We're doing a bit of book-keeping, and need to know where in your Persuasive career you are. Or, if you wish, start at a lower tier and play your way back up through the ranks! For more information, go here!"
And then well this

and now I got a free boost to persuasive. ...was that supposed to happen? This account isn't old enough to go through the automatic conversion.

It's a MUST storylet that unlocks with A Name Signed With a Flourish 0 and Persuasive 14+ I think, I updated the wiki no more than a few days ago with this information actually.
