so, I sent a bug report 10 days ago and haven't heard back yet. does anyone knows how long they usually take? I'm just curious, because the Fallen London support is ridiculously fast, at least when I needed it. so I thought it was a bit odd.
although I imagine SS has more bug reports/help requests.
also I'm locked out of my game, I might actually lose my mind.

I got support within a day or two when I needed help so I imagine it's due to being swamped with the iOS app release.
