I did many stints in the Carnelian Coast colony and did very well there
I have now come back to the fifth city but don't see anything that makes use of my new status?
Anyone have an idea?

The only thing I can think of that currently uses it is to exchange information in the Foreign Office. Doing so will restore your Imperial Legitimacy to 100 and give you 3 Sworn Statements.

hmm thanks I left with pretty much 100 legitimacy incase it was important later on but I'll check it out
