It won't have any negative repercussions, or at least none currently exist. The upside of siding with the Revolutionaries in this is that one of the options along the cycle gives you a couple Correspondence Plaques, so it's more profitable.

I've still got my Recent Visit to Millicent quality. Also, is there a living story associated with making the Captivating Princess acquaintance this Feast? I was planning to go out to zee for the next two weeks but I wanted to be sure first.

Interesting. I got "Remembering Millicent", which cleared my Recent Visit quality all the way back at March 14th. Something might be up with you. Can anybody confirm whether it doesn't clear upon your second tattoo? I neglected to get one during my first Feast of the Exceptional Rose, so I've only got the one.
I got the Captivating Princess Acquaintance this Feast and haven't gotten any living story followup, so I think you're good on that front.

It's possible it needs to be reset - I was among those who had to contact support to have it reset at the start of this feast to get my second tattoo as well so perhaps there's just somethings off.
