Mrs Plenty's Carnival isn't on my map.

I've only just started playing the game recently and I've been doing the Tattooed Courier's storylet, it's telling me to go to the carnival by pressing travel on my map but it's not there. What am I doing wrong here?

That's a bug report like mad then, you should report that!
It used to be the player started off with the Carnival unlocked, now you have to open the way via 'Open ways to other parts of the City' or whatever the storylet in your lodgings is called.

I've opened the way through my lodgings, completely missed that option amid all the other stuff in my lodgings. Thanks for the help!
