Can someone confirm that Youthful high spirits is drawn at 5+ Dock favors and Urchins 30+? I didn't get one for a long time even if I meet the believed requirements.

Given that the card no longer gives Favours it might have new unlock requirements too.

Got it before (3-4 Favor: Docks unlock) and after (5+ Favor: Docks and Connected: Urchins 30+) the favor modification so, in case nothing changed, means I'm very unlucky!

Has anyone seen any conflict cards involving favors, actually? I've got like 120 point society, but i'm not getting that conflict either. I avoid the others, but if this isn't the only card that's hiding, i'd not be surprised.

I've the seen Urchins/Widow one today and saw the constables/rubbery one yesterday. I think I also saw the Hell/church one today, but my memory is a bit hazy there.

Siding with the Urchins on Youthful High Spirits with 7 Favours: The Docks gave me 750 Silk Scraps and 5 each of Thirsty Bombazine and Whisper-Satin. Has anyone sided with the Urchins recently with 5 or 6 Favours and can confirm whether the Silk Scrap payout varies with the number of Favours similarly to the Acacia and the Butterfly?
