No converting MoDS without University?

So I was going through the Tier 3 conversion chain and hit a snag - I've completed the University storyline, and now clicking on MoDS in the inventory shows *no* options. Is this intentional?

No options? nope, not intentional. You should be able to side-convert. are you getting the bug where it shows a storylet, pressing try again will glitch the system and clicking onwards won't actually let you do anything? If so, report. (if you betrayed the innocent, you should be able to upconvert still, and easily. If you didn't, you'd be better off grinding war of assassins for your goals.)
I think they accidentally swapped the flag, so to speak, making it an optionless storylet.
