Just clarifying if it is actually like what Clarke says about how any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic with Red Science being able to create artificial Judgements.
Is it really the illusion of the future or the ultimate power?

I don't know if red science can create false-judgements, but evidently something can, or the dawn machine doesn't exist.
More personally, I believe the rubberies have ties to it, though.
