I was just wondering if I'd be able to leave this storylet alone until I'm a Legendary Charisma. Will it still be waiting for me right where I left it next Feast? Or do I need to finish it before this Feast ends? I assume it's the former, but I'd just like to make sure. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

It will remain next Feast. However, if you want a tattoo this year, you'll need to finish it now. The conversation is repeatable for 10 Fate if you do so.
