at the end of the intrigues of the clathermount family you get it. Just work through the storylet. if you need more specific guidance, please, specify where you are and what you need guidance on how to do. Good luck!

I have "Entwined with the Intrigues of the Clathermont Family 30", I have been tattooed. Just did some more research- it seems I may need to lower it for a certain conversation... How do I do that?

If you've already been tattooed, you have already had the conversation with Millicent. You can reset it, if you like, for 10 Fate, at her Parlour in the Forgotten Quarter.
