I am attempting to do the cat's island quest without using my own crew. Does anyone have a decent way of attaining a prisoner without sacrificeing the doctor, because the only way other way i have so far encountered that could net me a prisoner is lugging sunlight around the zee, waiting for a crewman to break in and use it, and that has not worked so far. Ideas?

This is the other part of the quest. OP's at the part where you either sacrifice your crew or some prisoner (literally the random prisoner item that takes up space in your hold).
